A new project at ODI, Strengthening Data Literacy Across Curriculum (SDLC), will encourage high school students to explore authentic public policy questions using large-scale data sets.
In a new collaboration with National Geographic, ODI is identifying specific datasets and “data stories” that would lend themselves to the creation of compelling learning modules for development and deployment in National Geographic’s classroom resources.

A new ODI project (so new, it doesn't yet have a project page on our website!) is looking for high school statistics and social studies teachers in Massachusetts to help pilot a new set of statistics learning materials.
Representatives of the four partner colleges- Sinclair CC (OH), Johnson County CC (KN), Bunker Hill CC (MA), Normandale CC (MN)- met at Normandale for a two day work session May 21-22.
