Facilitate Conversations
The emergence of “big data” is rallying stakeholders across sectors (government, science, industry, technology, education), and new kinds of partnerships and cross-disciplinary conversations are required to forge innovative pathways for data-use in education.
Successfully bringing together knowledge from diverse disciplines, each of which has its own body of work and vocabulary, is hard work, and requires expert facilitation to yield productive results. The Oceans of Data Institute is gathering knowledge and conducting conversations through meetings, by networking with stakeholders, writing publications and holding workshops/symposia.
